Why use a cobot?

For Palletizing Automation

01

Deployment Flexibility

Our standardized cobot palletizing work cells are quick to deploy and redeploy. Initial setup takes less than 1 hour. They can switch to a different palletizing task in less than 1 minute and be redeployed into a new production line in less than 10 minutes.

03

Easy to Program & Operate

Cutting-edge palletizing software offers seamless flexibility and swift installation, making the cobot exceptionally user-friendly. Operators can be trained in a matter of minutes. Enter your pallet size, case weight, and dimensions, and multiple pallet patterns are automatically generated. Quickly add slip sheets where needed and start palletizing.

02

Efficient and Cost-effective

Cobots can palletize at speeds up to 12 boxes per minute, equivalent to the workload of approximately 4 workers, with a payback period starting from 6 months. Our cobot palletizing units range from $60,000 to $160,000. For purchase, we also offer financing, lease, and RaaS options.

04

No Fencing Required

If you have an older facility, chances are space is limited. Cobot palletizers are compact and don’t require fencing to operate around humans. Safety sensors can be added to create a secure perimeter and slow down the cobot when a human enters the zone.
